Our annual Harvest Auction is a celebration of gratitude and generosity.
We invite you to join us for an unforgettable evening at the Brookville Country Club. It promises to be an elegant gathering filled with delicious food, uplifting conversations, and—of course—exciting auction events. Whether you’re a seasoned auction-goer or a first-timer, this is a night you won’t want to miss!
This year, we will recognize JOHN CRAGG for his 36 years of faithful leadership and his lasting impact on youth mentoring here on Long Island and beyond.
There will be fun auction items, unique experiences, and most of all, you’ll have the opportunity to bring hope and transformation to Long Island children and their families.

November 2nd – The Silent Auction will open for online bidding at 5:00 p.m.
November 7th – The Dinner & Auction Events are held at 6:00 p.m.

Dinner, Complimentary Beverages, Silent & Main Auction Events: $200/pp or $1,800/table.

BIDDING
A credit card is required on file to bid in the Silent and Main Auctions.
- All items will be at the event on November 7, 2026
- Main Event Auction items will be open for bidding only to guests in attendance
- All bidding for the Silent Auction event is online so please sign into your Handbid account.
Cannot attend and wish to participate? We have options for you!
There is no charge to participate online in the Silent Auction event and you can start bidding as early as November 2nd @ 5:00 p.m. Use the QR Code or link to REGISTER as a bidder and access the Silent Auction event.
